The company was founded in Berlin in 2000 by Wolfgang Andreae with a clear commitment to Europe. Lexxion is independent and family-run. August Andreae has been with the company since 2020 and holds the position of Managing Director since 2022. Lexxion has built up a reputation in Germany, particularly in the field of waste law and chemical law. Thanks to our European focus, we also cover English-speaking specialist areas such as EU competition law (in particular EU state aid law), EU data protection law and EU structural and investment funds.<br \/>\nWe offer a wide range of content in the form of specialist journals, training programmes (trainings and workshops), specialist conferences and book series, supplemented by blogs such as Insider. Customised in-house seminars round off our portfolio. With our extensive network of experts in Germany, the European Union and beyond, consisting of editors, country correspondents, authors and speakers, we offer our clients high-quality content. We work closely with numerous European (such as various Directorates-General of the European Commission) and national (such as the BMUV in Germany) authorities, academic institutions (such as the Vrije Universiteit Brussel) and renowned law firms to put together our expert panels for the event formats in order to provide clients with first-class content and information.
