This two-day workshop brings together experts from agriculture, agri-food systems, data science, AI innovation, regulation, and sustainability to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming food production from farm to fork. The event aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how AI tools can enhance productivity, support evidence-based decision-making, address environmental and climate challenges, improve supply-chain efficiency, and strengthen food safety and quality control across Europe and globally.
