Julian Reddy

Julian is a Principal Scientist at Ramboll Australia, leading the Australian Health Sciences Team and providing Product Safety & Stewardship services as part of the Asia Pacific (APAC) Regulatory Group. He has worked in the field of chemical regulations for over 30 years and his current work focuses on several areas, but in particular in supporting companies to meet their product steward obligations in Australia and New Zealand. This includes providing strategic regulatory guidance and technical assistance to prepare submissions and facilitate compliance with the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme and Therapeutic Goods Act and New Zealand’s Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act. In this role Julian acts as the primary technical contact working with individual companies, multinational consortia and industry task forces to provide strategic regulatory advice and complete project management, to ensure compliance is achieved and commercial obligations are met for Ramboll’s clients. In addition, Julian also assists companies to meet their Product Stewardship obligations globally, providing strategic regulatory guidance and technical assistance where he has significant experience in helping companies complete registrations under EU REACH and also across Asia Pacific.
