Mareike Heesing

Mareike Heesing focuses on advice to national and international high-technology enterprises. In particular, she assists them with project contracts, foreign investment control (FIC) procedures and on questions concerning export control and sanctions. She has special expertise in the structuring of contracts for multinational procurement projects in the aerospace and defence sector. Mareike Heesing is head of the French Desk at Oppenhoff.

Mareike Heesing has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2017. She studied law at Cologne University and at the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris (LL.M.). From 2016 to 2017 she worked in France as a legal advisor in the corporate management of Airbus.
