Giulia Lapi is a Case Handler at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition, working in Unit F3 on State aid for postal and other services since October 2023. She previously worked as a Lawyer in the Antitrust & Litigation practice at Latham & Watkins LLP in Brussels as well as in the Corporate & Finance practice in BonelliErede and completed a traineeship at the Cabinet of Advocate General Giovanni Pitruzzella at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
She holds an LL.M. in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe, Bruges, and a double Master’s degree in Italian and French Law from the University of Florence and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is admitted to the Italian Bar.
