Fabian Kaisen
Case handler, European Commission, DG Competition Unit A3 – State aid policy and case support
Fabian has been working in the field of State aid since 2008, including as an associate in an international law firm in Brussels and as deputy director of State Aid in the EFTA Surveillance Authority before moving to DG Competition in 2018. He is regularly working on State aid policy instruments, most recently the Clean Industrial Deal State aid Framework.
