Ivan Vinšćak

Ivan Vinšćak is an experienced expert with over 15 years of experience in government and local institutions, specializing in finance, project management, and strategic planning. With 10 years in the Ministry of Finance, he played a crucial role in coordinating anti-fraud activities with the aim to protect EU financial interests (on-the-spot checks, desk-based checks, identifying and coordinating irregularity management and reports) and collaborating with OLAF nationwide.
In his current role as Assistant Director, he oversees project operational activities, manages project portfolios, and drives the drafting and implementation of strategic documents for regional development. He’s core competencies include project management, data analysis, problem solving, and reporting, as well as strategic planning and regional development.
