Karina Nimară is Director of EU Policy & Head of Brussels Office for Developers Alliance. She advocates for software developers and the companies that depend on them on various policies and legislation impacting the tech sector. She previously served as Legal Advisor and Internal Market attaché at the Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU. She managed a wide range of matters related to the Single Market, online platforms regulation, Better Regulation, and horizontal legal issues. Prior to her work with the Romanian diplomatic mission, Karina spent over ten years in European Union affairs within the Romanian Government. She holds a law degree and specializes in EU law and policies.
