Lara is co-founder of Food Compliance Int. and has been a partner for 6 years. She advises on a wide range of food law matters, including food supplements, labelling, nutrition and health claims, novel foods, import, hygiene, food safety and GMOs. She oversees global team of food regulatory experts who assist clients in many jurisdictions around the world. Prior to joining Food Compliance Int., Lara gained experience for several years practicing food law at a top-tier international law firm, as well as the European Commission – DG Health.
