Nadia Sava Man, PhD
Nadia-Ariadna Sava Man is a researcher in public procurement, with a PhD from Babeș-Bolyai University and the University of Turin. Her PhD, entitled Industry 4.0 for Sustainable Public Procurement. Data as the Nexus between Digitalisation and Sustainability in Public Procurement focused on the potential of data management for sustainable public procurement.
She is a Marie Curie Alumna of the SAPIENS Network (Sustainability and Procurement in International, European, and National Systems), an international training network of universities and partner organisations, with a focus on sustainable public procurement. In this context, she took part in multiple Advanced Training Courses on EU public procurement and undertook secondments in the field of public procurement, working with a central purchasing body, a university and an innovation hub.
She lectured public procurement law at Babeș-Bolyai University and worked for the Brașov Metropolitan Agency on EU-funded projects. She published multiple articles and presented in a series of conferences on the topic of public procurement, digitalisation and sustainability.
