Nicolas Rey

Nicolas Rey currently works as International Relations Officer in the Policy and Strategy Directorate of the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission. Recently, he has been involved in the negotiations of the subsidy control and competition chapters of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement. Prior to this, he has been a case handler in state aid tax ruling cases such as Amazon and Engie and worked in the private sector in Belgium, Luxembourg and France as an international tax and transfer pricing specialist.
