Raquel Carvalho

Raquel Carvalho graduated from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) Law Faculty, obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Coimbra and her PhD Degree in Law and Political Sciences from UCP. She is an Associate Professor at UCP – Law Faculty (Porto), member of Faulty Board (Master’s coordination); researcher and integrated member of CEID – Catolica Research Centre for the Future of Law since its inception, founding member of European Association of Public-Private Partnership – E.A.P; member of European Law Institute; member of RED Iberoamericana de Contratación Pública and integrated member of the ANESC Portuguese Section since its beginning. Her main area of scientific interest and publication is Administrative Law, in particular Public Procurement Law, Sustainable Public Procurement Law, Circular Public Procurement Law, Administrative Contracts, Urban Law and Environmental Law.
