Senior Counsel, Infrastructure and Energy Practice
Wojciech has been specialising in public procurement, concessions and PPP, and the associated aspects of competition law, including those related to collusive tendering. He advises in the areas of energy, public infrastructure and utilities to private companies, including foreign entities, utilities contracting authorities and the public party. Previously, as inter alia Director of the European Union Department at the Public Procurement Office, he represented Poland at the EU institutions in work on public procurement directives.
He remains an active participant in the legislative process in Poland. Wojciech is a lecturer in post-graduate courses on public procurement and the author of national and international publications in this area.
