Cornelia Kutterer, LL.M.
Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer, Scrydon
Cornelia is Chief Legal Officer at Scrydon, an agentic AI startup, where she sets up the company’s overall AI & data governance. She also holds part-time roles as Adjunct Professor at UC Law SF, Senior Research Fellow at the Multidisciplinary Institute in AI in Grenoble, and Senior Policy Fellow at Safer.AI. Her work sits at the intersection of technology law, AI, and AI safety. She is also a board member of the IAPP AI Governance Centre and a member of the OECD AI Expert Network. Earlier, she led Microsoft’s Responsible Tech and Competition team in Europe and previously headed BEUC’s legal department. She is a qualified German lawyer with degrees from the University of Hamburg and the University of Strathclyde.
