Milestones in State Aid Case Law Edition 2022

In cooperation with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and the Brussels School of Governance, Lexxion Publisher proudly invites you to the event launching:

The 2nd edition of the book “Milestones in State Aid Case Law“.

The book – with 49 chapters, each covering a specific State aid judgement, nearly 60 distinguished authors, and a foreword written by European Commission’s Executive Vice-President, Margrethe Vestager – offers a comprehensive analysis of the past 20 years of EU State aid case law. Its launch event, on the other hand,  represents an opportunity for the State aid community to finally come together in person after two years of Covid-induced online interaction as well as to take stock of its present and future challenges. Considering the EU’s endeavour for climate leadership and the recent developments in Eastern Europe, the event will focus on climate, energy and the environment.
