Alessandro is a senior expert in European studies and evalutaion, with a strong background in regional policies and a solid experience in leading studies covering EU-28. He was the team leader leader of the European Consortium providing technical assistance to the fi-compass platform, developed by the European Commision and the European Investement Bank to enhance the use of financial instruments in the European Structural and Investement Funds. Partner of t33, he founded the company in 2007 and covered the position until 2014.
