A former Référendaire to the British Judge at the European Court of Justice, Anneli has expert insight of the interaction between EU and domestic law. She is a member of the Attorney General’s A Panel for public administrative law and for public international and trade law. She frequently advises Government Departments on state aid notifications with special interest in Services of General Economic Interest and the Altmark criteria as well as beneficiaries and competitors in judicial reviews.
