Bartosz Frydel
Senior Associate at Redeker Sellner Dahs, Brussels and Berlin
Bartosz is an attorney specializing in State aid law and EU regulatory law, with particular expertise in the energy sector and decarbonization projects. He represents public sector and private companies before the European Commission and national authorities.
His recent work includes advising on major State aid and regulatory projects concerning green hydrogen, renewable aviation fuels, capacity mechanism and peatland rewetting schemes. Before joining Redeker Sellner Dahs, Bartosz completed a Blue Book traineeship at DG Competition in the State aid unit responsible for energy and environment.
Bartosz is admitted as a radca prawny in Poland and is a member of the Berlin Bar. Redeker Sellner Dahs is recognised by JUVE as one of Germany’s three leading firms for State aid law.
