Benjamin Linke is working as a lawyer in the legal department of Deutsche Bahn AG in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). He is part of the unit for Public Commercial Law, State Aid Law and Public Transport Contract Law. Dr. Linke started consulting transport undertakings and competent authorities in 2011 when he was working in an international law firm in Hamburg. He specialises in Public Procurement Law, State Aid Law and Public Commercial Law and he regularly publishes in the aforementioned fields. He is also editor and author of a comprehensive legal commentary on Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007. Dr. Linke acquired law degrees from the Universities of Tübingen (Germany) and Edinburgh (UK). He wrote his Ph.D. thesis on State aid law in the public transport sector.
