Dr. Bernhard Mueller is Industry Lead Aerospace & Defence at PwC Austria and part of PwC Legal Austria. A trained Staff Officer of the Austrian Armed Forces, he previously chaired the Defence Procurement Review Commission at the Ministry of Defence, where he was at the heart of key procurement decisions under the Aufbauplan 2032+, directly advising Defence Minister Klaudia Tanner. He combines this frontline policy and operational experience with his role as Associate Professor of public and regulatory law at the University of Vienna Faculty of Law, specialising in defence procurement.
