Chenfeng Shen is the General Manager of GBK China, a leading consulting firm specializing in hazardous chemical compliance and dangerous goods logistics safety. With extensive experience in China and Asia’s chemical regulatory landscape, he advises multinational and domestic companies on navigating complex compliance requirements across the entire supply chain.
His expertise covers GHS classification and labeling, new chemical substance registration, hazardous chemical registration, dual-use item compliance, and import/export inspection. On the logistics side, he provides guidance on dangerous goods transportation by air, sea, road, rail, and inland waterway, as well as hazardous waste management.
Mr.Shen has been actively involved in numerous compliance projects for clients in the cosmetics, specialty chemicals, and consumer goods industries. He regularly speaks at industry conferences and webinars, sharing insights on China and Asia’s evolving chemical regulations and their impact on global supply chains. He holds a deep understanding of both Chinese regulatory frameworks and international standards such as UN TDG, REACH, and CLP.
Prior to leading GBK China, Chenfeng held various technical and regulatory roles in the chemical industry, gaining hands-on experience in product safety, regulatory affairs, and supply chain compliance.
