Mr Ahlborn is the Global Practice Head of the Linklaters’ Competition & Antitrust Group. He is a qualified lawyer in England & Wales as well as in Germany and is also a trained economist enabling him to bring both a legal and economic perspective to a case.

Mr Ahlbron has a broad range of experience in competition law, particularly in relation to complex M&A, behavioural antitrust work, control of dominance and state aid control. He is well-known for extensive work on high-profile matters which, among others, include advising E.ON on its acquisition of Innogy.
