Dr. Ana Isabel (Anabel) Peiró Baquedano has over 10 years of professional experience related to the management, advisory services, and justification of Innovation Procurement projects, both at European and national level, and in different fields, especially the health sector. She has extensive research experience at various universities in Europe (including Milan, Trento, Munich and Münster) and as PhD candidate in administrative law at the University of Zaragoza, as well as several publications in the field of Public Procurement.
She generally acts as evaluator / reviewer and independent expert under FP7, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe of the EC on PCP and has thorough project experience with European Institutions (Commission, DG CONNECT, DG RTD, European Innovation Council – EIC) and other bodies.
