Hilal Sevinc is the Deputy Director of REACH Global Services Group (RGS) with a nearly 13 years of experience in chemical legislations compliance and regulatory consulting. She provides strategic guidance to global clients on compliance with EU and Turkish Chemical regulations, including REACH, CLP, KKDIK and SDS. She is a certified SDS&CSR author in Turkey. Hilal advises multinational companies on aligning their operations with complex legislative frameworks.
With a background as a chemical engineer and a master degree in business administration, Hilal combines technical expertise with managerial insight.
