Jakob Kucharczyk is Vice President for Competition & EU Regulatory Policy in the Brussels office of the CCIA. The CCIA is an international trade association representing the interests of many companies that are leading innovators in the digital economy, such as Amazon, Google, Uber and Facebook. He has been with CCIA for 9 years. Mr. Kucharczyk’s work focuses on competition law enforcement in digital markets and the development of strategic and substantive positions on emerging issues in competition policy. In addition, Mr. Kucharczyk represents the association on a wide range of regulatory policy issues. These include e-commerce, online platforms, intellectual property, intermediary liability and more broadly legislative and non-legislative EU efforts related to accomplishing a Digital Single Market
