Magnus Emanuelsson holds M.Sc. and Licentiate in Engineering from Lund´s University. His expertise includes infrastructure sector, specialising on water and wastewater projects, management of utilities, the energy sector and procurement. Mr.  Emanuelsson has more than 30 years of experience as consultant. His professional work contains advisory and ensuring quality of projects for EU-funding and horizontal strategic support to EU member states authorities including climate change and disaster resilience, development of national environmental monitoring standards, water strategies and capacity building for utilities for water infrastructure. He is Senior Consultant and owner of company ME Konsult vatten och energi AB.
