Małgorzata Bojańczyk

Małgorzata Bojańczyk is a Polish official with over 14 years of experience in the EU policy covering agriculture and rural development, in particular in all aspects of the Pillar II common agricultural policy (CAP).
She obtained a MSc from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in 2004.
Between 2003 and 2004 she studied the science and the integration of Europe at the University of Bonn, Germany. She also completed the postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics: the economic, financial and legal relations in Europe (2006) and the internal audit and the management control in the sector of public finance (2016).
Since 2005, she has been working at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland, the Managing Authority of rural development programs performing tasks of a Member State of the European Union, where she has held different positions. She obtained a broad range of expertise in management and implementation of rural development policies (programming periods since 2004), as well as managing legal and financial issues related to the European Union. She was involved in the programme negotiations with the European Commission and preparation of RDP 2014-2020, specifically on verifiability and controllability of measures. Since 2018, she has been a Head of Unit responsible for managing authority verifications in the RDP, errors and irregularities, management control, as well as administrative proceedings.
She is an official delegate of Poland in DG AGRI in the European Commission and represents Poland as a national expert at EU groups and committees.
