Marc Isabelle
Marc Isabelle holds a degree in engineering and a PhD in economics. He is the founder and director of european economics, an economic consultancy specialised in State aid (http://www.europeaneconomics.com).
Since 2007, he has been in charge of thirty-four State aid individual notifications to the European Commission for companies in a broad range of industries (microelectronics, automobile, chemistry, biotech, software, energy & environment). Altogether, these projects are worth € 15 billion of expenditures and € 5 billion of public funding.
Marc worked for more than 15 years in economic departments of large businesses and public agencies. He’s been teaching economics at Université Paris Dauphine since 1996 and has published several research papers on the economics of science and innovation.
