Mari Kirss studied geomatics from 2011 to 2014 at the Estonian University of Life Science and her MSc degree in human geography and regional planning in University of Tartu is in acquisition. 2017 she started working in Agricultural Registers and Information Board, which is a paying agency under the administration of the Ministry of Rural Affairs where her main topics were LEADER measure and financial instruments. In November 2018, she started her position in Ministry of Rural Affairs as an advisor in Rural Economy and Competition Bureau in Rural Affairs Policy and Analysis Department. Her main topic is still financial instruments.
