Dr Nicia Mourão is a Brazilian Chemical engineer. She has worked for Brazilian and international chemical companies, including the operation of production
units at Dow Chemical, and as a member of the OPCW’s Scientific Advisory Board. She has held positions in private Brazilian companies and in the
Brazilian Chemical Industry Association. Recently Dr Nicia participated in the working group created under the former Brazilian presidency to build a proposal for the Brazilian Chemicals Control Legislation.
