Oleg Roibu

Oleg Roibu graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest (2010) and holds a MA in International and Community Law at the “Nicolae Titulescu” University in Bucharest (2016). Since 2014, he is part of the eMAG team, where he has coordinated the legal departments in Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland. Starting January 2018, he has been coordinating eMAG’s public affairs efforts in all the national jurisdictions where the platform operates, but also at the EU level. He is joint author of Digital Romania, a documentary notebook that brings together the visions of top experts by providing operational concepts and tools for the digital transformation of the Romanian state, economy and society.
