Vincent Fleuriot
Senior Officer (Control Lists), Wassenaar Arrangement, Vienna, Austria
Is, since February 2016, the technical deputy to the ambassador, Head of the Wassenaar Arrangement Secretariat in Vienna, in charge of maintaining the Control Lists and of organising the Experts Group meetings.
He has made most of his career as a commanding officer in the French military at the Armament Authority, and was, since 2000, in different positions related to arms exports and export controls in the Ministry of defence and in the Prime Minister Services. His last position in France was Head of the offices in charge of weapons and dual-use controls at the Ministry of Defence.
