By committing itself to becoming climate neutral by 2050, the European Union and its member States’ public and private sectors must make significant investment. To do so the Green Deal Investment Plan provides them with financial instruments. As the green transition does not represent the same challenge for all, special funds and mechanisms have been created to provide tailored financial and practical support and to generate such investment.
During our two-day hybrid workshop in Berlin, our experts will thoroughly examine the policy framework of the EU Green Deal Investment Plan, the bodies involved in its implementation, available financial instruments, and its link to State aid rules.
