Shazana Eliza Rohr
Research Fellow (Chair of Civil Law, European and International Business Law), LMU Munich
Shazana Rohr is a Research Fellow at LMU Munich (Chair of Civil Law, European and International Business Law), where she also teaches competition law and German civil law. Her research focuses on EU law, EU competition law and market regulation, with a particular emphasis on comparative perspectives across EU, UK, and US legal frameworks. In 2025, she was a Visiting Researcher at NYU School of Law and currently serves as a Legal Clerk at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. During her doctoral studies, she was supported by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the LMU Munich Excellence Program. Her scholarship examines the intersection of EU constitutional law and competition law enforcement. She regularly publishes in both German and English, including with Oxford University Press and in the Cambridge International Law Journal, and has presented her work at conferences across Europe and the United States.
