Rita has LL.M in European Law from Utrecht University (the Netherlands) and is completing her Ph.D. thesis on EU internal market and competition law. She is a Senior Associate at Motieka & Audzevicius PLP (Lithuania) specializing in competition law and regulation of network industries. Also, Rita is a member of Mykolas Romeris University Justice Laboratory.
