Luca Santin

Expert for EU Structural Funds, Italy

Luca is a specialist in simplification. He has been supporting public institutions in programming and managing European Funds for 20 years. Since 2010 he has supported the implementation of SCOs, through the elaboration of the methodological and administrative documents related to all phases of the SCO process. He is the author of several studies on SCOs and simplification published by the European Commission. He coordinates the ESF Transnational Network on Simplification and the ERDF/CF Transnational Network on SCOs.
