Antonio Ancora

Principal Officer at NATO, Adjunct Professor at University of Luxembourg

Antonio ANCORA is a Principal Officer at the NATO Support and Procurement Agency, currently leading Space and Multi-Domain acquisitions. He is Adjunct Professor of Negotiation at the University of Luxembourg, and Guest Lecturer at MIT. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the European Defence & Security Law & Policy Quarterly (LEXXION) and a contributor of the European Negotiation Association. Previously, Antonio held various leading positions within the Italian Ministry of Defence, concluding his service as Chief of the Procurement Office. He was appointed as MOU Negotiator by the United Nations to conduct negotiations between the UN and UNIFIL contributing countries. His teaching activity focuses on how humans can better perform negotiations against AI agents and how public organizations can improve their negotiation capabilities.
