Erik Gadman

Erik Gadman is a partner at Setterwalls and Head of Public Procurement at the firm, as well as a member of its cross-practice defence and security team. His practice focuses on public procurement law and administrative law, with particular emphasis on the defence and security sectors. Erik provides strategic advice on complex procurements and has been involved in several highly publicized bid protests in the Swedish defence sector. He holds a Swedish law degree from Uppsala University, an LL.M. from UCLA, and a postgraduate diploma in EU competition law from King’s College London.
