This two-day online workshop offers a comprehensive and practical overview of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) intersects with EU public procurement. Participants will examine the key legal, technical, and ethical considerations when procuring AI systems, and explore how AI is currently being used—and could be used—in different stages of the procurement lifecycle.
The workshop will provide insight into the implications of the EU AI Act for public buyers, share best practices for managing risks in AI procurement, and offer concrete tools such as model contract clauses. Participants will also engage in interactive sessions, including case-based group work and moderated discussions.
Participants receive a certificate upon participation.
