Online Master Class: Post-Brexit Procurement with Prof. Christopher Bovis

The UK has exited the EU and a replacement of the TFEU has been signed in the form of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement which contains provisions on public procurement. The UK Government has published a Green Paper on Public Procurement Law after Brexit which promises a reformed system that will make procurement more flexible, streamlined and transparent.

This Online Master Class will focus on the objectives of the forthcoming UK legal regime on procurement, its principles and procedures and how different the final law will be from the EU Public Procurement Directives.
