Daiwa Żukowska

Daiwa Żukowska is a case handler in Unit F2 of DG Competition, covering State aid in the transport sector. She has worked on a number of cases involving investment and operating aid to airports, as well as the ongoing evaluation of the Aviation Guidelines. In a previous post at DG COMP she enforced the EU antitrust rules, also in the transport sector. Before joining DG COMP, she worked as a chief expert at the Lithuanian Competition Council, focussing on the investigation of anti-competitive agreements. Daiwa holds a Master’s degree in law from Vilnius University, with a specialization in EU and international law.
