Héloïse Auplat

Héloïse Auplat works as case handler in the unit in charge of State aid in the field of IPCEI, Environment and Innovation at DG Competition since 2025. Before that, she worked as a case handler on State aid for Energy and Environment from 2021 to 2023 and as a member of the cabinet of EVP Margrethe Vestager from 2023 to 2024.

Before joining the European Commission, Héloïse worked as an associate in the competition law department of Linklaters. She holds a Master of Market Law and Regulation from Paris Dauphine University and an LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe.
