Stelios Tsevas

Stelios Tsevas is an attorney before the Court of Appeal in Athens, Greece. He specializes in administrative courts’ jurisdiction in Greece, mainly working on constitutional, administrative and public procurement law cases before the Council of State of the Hellenic Republic. He is also a legal counsel of several public and private entities in Greece mostly advising on special regulatory matters. Stelios holds a Bachelor in Laws from the University of Athens School of Law and a Masters’ Degree in Public Law from the same School. He has acquired a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Procurement Regulation from King’s College London Dickson Poon School of Law, and he is currently a PhD Candidate in the University of Athens School of Law.
