EStAL Lecture

This evening lecture on State aid reflects on the main events of the past few years, from the installation of the COVID Temporary Framework and its major cases to its phasing out.  An interdisciplinary panel takes you on a journey through the most important lessons learnt from the COVID case law. It then looks forward to how these lessons could best guide us in designing and evaluating measures under the Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework.
