Simplified Cost Options for Structural Funds

The Common Provisions Regulation for the new programming period 2021-2027 has extended the use of Simplified Cost Options (SCOs). Starting from 2021, contributions provided to the beneficiaries of ESI Funds take the form of unit costs, lump sums or flat rates that are mandatory for all projects under EUR 200.000. In addition, this improved management and control system shifts the focus on the funding output.

What are the best ways of facilitating the design and assessment of SCOs and their implementation under ERDF, ESF+, CF, EMFF, JTF, AMIF, ISF and BMVI funded programmes?

Our hybrid workshop in Athens & online aims to provide public officials from Managing, Certifying, and Audit Authorities, as well as Intermediate Bodies, with in-depth knowledge and practical examples on how to identify possible solutions.

Methodology

A workshop by Lexxion Publisher offers the possibility to meet with experts from Member States and EU institutions, as well as the private sector. The different perspectives of our experienced trainers will support you in applying complex rules to your practical day-to-day work. Our approach combines the three stages of learning to ensure that the participants obtain the best possible understanding of the applied rules:
